Then you might very well be the Customer Activation Champion we’re looking for!

Who are we hoping that you are?

  • You are someone who puts the customer first. Always. (Well, unless you see that your neighbour’s house is on fire, for instance. Then you should definitely put that first.)
  • You’re the best listener in the history of humankind (yes, better than Sigmund Freud) and you strive for impact, not “sales”.
  • You’re the MacGyver of finding, building and connecting local and international networks to enhance the value for all sides.
  • You would love to find out which people nexxworks could help inspire and kickstart their innovation.
  • You’re able to develop a long-term commercial strategy in close collaboration with the CCO and translate that into flexible short-term plans.
  • The fostering and coaching of the sales mindset of our entire team gives you great energy (and possible great power).
  • You have leadership skills but are not afraid to get your hands dirty, start-up style.
  • You thrive when you’re collaborating closely with a team. Because you’ll be doing that a lot: from consulting with your program and content colleagues to building kickass strategies with our new marketeer (we’re looking for one too. Find more information about that here.), you will be continuously trying to bewitch our prospects and enchant our customers, … together.
  • You have the heart of an entrepreneur and love to build and experiment.
  • You’re that lovingly annoying person who keeps questioning the status quo, especially about what nexxworks does and how it does it.
  • Having a digital savvy mindset and a hunger for the latest tech evolutions is a definite surplus.
  • You thrive in a fluid start-up environment. We’re not saying that we’re a brutally chaotic company, but chaos is there to be had. On occasions. For those who seek it. (And possibly for those who don’t.)
  • You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree or enough experience to make us forget that you don’t.
  • You’re a top communicator and have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French. Fluent Chinese is a plus. That’s a joke. But it’s also not a joke. (It’s a quantum joke!)
