Eefje Seijsener

Eefje is an expert in (re)designing the customer journey in collaboration with customers. She is a marketing professional with a strong focus on improvement of the customer journey through design-oriented research. She facilitates multi-disciplinary teams at Nationale-Nederlanden to develop and redesign customer journeys, prototype and test these prototypes with the customers. With this approach they redesign current services and design future products and services.
