Before that, Matthias had been working at Coolblue for the past 7 years, of which the last two years as head of Coolblue Belgium. During that period, the e-commerce company experienced a steep growth. Among other things, Matthias has helped launch "CoolblueBezorgt" in Belgium, Coolblue moved into a new head office and the first steps were taken in Francophone Belgium. When Matthias started as manager of the Belgian division, Coolblue had 100 employees in the country. Now, this number is well over 350. With this experience, Matthias takes up the challenge to support the ambitious growth plans of nexxworks.
During his 7 years at Coolblue, he learned the importance of customer focus and how technology contributes to this.

More about BernieXander is a young engineer fascinated by data science and machine learning. Through his thesis on brain-computer interfaces at Ugent, he first came into contact with the vast opportunities provided by data driven computer algorithms. After his Master of Science in electrical engineering, he took an extra master’s degree in business economics because he believe’s the combination of these two backgrounds forms an excellent outset for changing the world with bright ideas.
Xander is strongly convinced that intelligent, data driven algorithms will be a major source of technological progress in the coming decade. Moreover, he believes that combining these systems with upcoming trends such as virtual reality and better natural language processing forms a fascinating platform for advancing the human experience in ways that we cannot yet imagine.

Niceberg produces and distributes immersive experience movies for the entertainment industry. Nicolas started as an independent Operational Project Manager in the TV broadcast and event industries. As Director of Operations for the Brussels part of the French group GL Event, Nicolas managed a working structure for international meetings like ASEM8 (Asia-Europe Meeting), with 3.000 guests of international press, world leaders and prime Ministers of 45 different countries.
2009
As an Operational Project Manager for Alfacam, Nicolas guided a production crew to deliver live broadcast coverage of the World Touring Car Championship for Eurosport International in countries like Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, Europe and Japan, with 41 million people tuning-in during the 12 events.
2008
Also for Alfacam, Nicolas operated as the Project Manager for worldwide broadcasting from the National Indoor Stadium during the Olympic Summer Games in Beijing. He was responsible for deployment and configuration of Outside Broadcast-vans. He coordinated the Alfacam team in conjunction with production crews designated by the Beijing Olympic Broadcasting Organization.
