This VUCA world is turning the process of learning into a mandatory state of mind to ensure survival of yourself and the company you work for. But what do you need to learn to stay relevant? And how do you organize this? Let's find out!

We will provide you with inspiration from experts and companies on the perks of a continuous learning culture and how to establish a capability framework within the organization! These thought leaders and company cases will open up (y)our minds about the possibilities that are already available and the ones that will alter the future.

What will this experience look like?

This program can be seen as one cycle of four weeks. By subscribing here, you will receive four mailers, one for every week of the program. Enclosed in those mails, you will always find an engaging and inspiring video that is tailor-made by the thought leaders and experts for Roche Pharma. Additional to this video you will receive a form where you can submit all questions and thoughts for the expert or company, so our speakers can prepare themselves to be as relevant as possible for you.
Every Thursday, you will be able to watch a moderated online 90 minutes webinar with that speaker. During those sessions (one per week, four in total), we will discuss the questions we have received upfront and those that are coming in real live via the chat.

So a summary of what to expect on a weekly basis:

  1. An inspirational video
  2. A survey to submit all your thoughts and first questions towards the speakers
  3. A 90-minute Q&A, where you'll be getting the answers to your questions and where you'll have the opportunity to ask more via chat.

We will kick things off by introducing an expert, a thought leader, someone who dedicated his/her professional life to the topic of learning and who will open up your minds and spark first insights!

Session 2: Google June 11

After an eye-opening presentation by and mind-triggering Q&A with our thought leader, we'll deep dive into our first company case. A real world, tangible example that will show you what's possible, and what roadblocks there might be on the way.


Session 3: Microsoft June 18

After an eye-opening presentation by and mind-triggering Q&A with our thought leader, we'll deep dive into three company cases. Real world examples, tangible example that will show you what's possible, and what roadblocks there might be on the way.

Session 4: Example June 25

Example of what a Roche Learning Inspiration Program could look like.

We'll deepdive into our third company case. This is a somewhat smaller company who are developing an interesting tool to enhance continuous learning.
